Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I have always received courteous and professional treatment by Dr. Henrie's office (and by the dentist himself). My appointment times are honored, everyone is friendly and helpful, and I've received terrific dental treatment.

I find the entire staff, in addition to Dr. Henrie, to be professional, courteous, friendly -- they take good care of my teeth, suggest alternative treatment possibilities, and are, in general, the best dental office I know of in our city.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
