Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

As someone who has a tiny mouth and TMJ, having dental work done is not my favorite thing. Dr. Figenshau always makes sure I have plenty of "breaks" to rest my jaw and is always conscious of how I am feeling. He's enjoyable to talk to, very knowledgeable and his staff are friendly, kind and professional. After spending 2 hrs getting a temporary crown I can barely tell I had dental work done. I'm grateful I found Dr. Figenshau.
