WIth almost no notice, they were able to fit me into their busy schedule to look at my broken off tooth. The waiting room is small, but very well maintained. I love that they go out of their way to make each person comfortable while they are waiting for their appointment time. At my appointment, he had to refer me to the oral surgeon, but he went over all of my options in detail. He gave me suggestions to ask the oral surgeon about, which I hadn't known or thought of. He put me on an antibiotic, which, after a couple days, allowed me to eat real food again (until the oral surgeon got me in).

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.
