Dr. Walkotten is very knowledgeable about chronic fatigue syndrome and fibro. She is very professional and compassionate. The only negative is that staff is slow in making appointments for referrals, tests,results, and with paperwork for disability. You have to remind them frequently. Although this is extremely annoying, Dr. Walkotten's comprehension of CFS outweighs the frustration.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Dr Walkotten is not a traditional doctor by western medicine standards. Most of the office visit is spent talking about issues, not poking & prodding. She asks a lot and listens carefully to the answers. She does not push medications and is open to alternative treatments to achieve optimal health.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
