Do not go here. And if you truly care about your loved ones, do not send them here. They waited 4 days to call about a potassium level of 2.6 when the lab clearly notified them with this critical lab result the same day. In other words, they knew that my mom had a serious and potentially fatal electrolyte imbalance and they just let it go. I brought this up to the cronies in the office and they glared at me. She had labs drawn last Monday and I'm guessing the potassium remained low despite supplements because she is in the hospital now with a potassium of 2.7. But did dr sims office ever call? No, of course not! She's not his mother and he does not care. He also sees stroke patients but does not examine the "neglected" side or educate patients on how to decrease risk of contractures. That would make too much sense, and his license came out of a cereal box or crackerjack box.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
