One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I was given a polite greeting when I signed in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on, instead, aI passed the time reading current magazines. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. I have not had any complaints and appreciate that they assume the customer is right without enforcing the customer is always right policy while they make every effort to research the matter and correct the situation an/or explain the discrepancy.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!
