Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. When u are a doctor and u lose your sense of compassion and professionalism then you should stop being a doctor!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Dr. Kopel also made a rude remark about my family. He was very rude and unprofessional.
