Keith Hudson's office barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered with a more competent and reputable Dentist. The staff was not friendly at all, giggling at the front desk. I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a very good sense of direction. Hudson, ran in and out of the room for at least twenty minutes before getting started and I was on time for my appointment. The assistant they called Drew, was un-professionally covered in a ton of tattoos, and through my frustration of waiting, proceeded to chatter about the meaning of each one. Another assistant they called Tasha, came in asking to hold my purse stating, "She needed a bag of that size for her babies things". Only to learn a minute later her son is no longer a baby, but an adolescent. She was caught in a lie that quick! The account manager Krista, tried to over charge me as I told her what I owed, she insisted I was wrong. Finally stating she had made a mistake. I thought how dishonest! All in all, the whole office was very shady from the dentist all the way down!

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Yet, spent no time at all billing my health care provider and double billing me. Once I found out what their practice was all about I took my services else where. I am completely satisfied at thsi point.
