I recently visited Dr. Shiva Goltalab-Rad, DDS dental office and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention provided by the entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Shiva Goltalab-Rad herself is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist who took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. She listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized recommendations that were tailored to my individual needs.

The office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit and provided me with all of the information I needed to make informed decisions about my dental health.

Dr. Shiva is a great dentist in the city of Ann Arbor.
If you were afraid of going to a dentist, don't worry any more.
She is very caring and considerate of your well being.
I have been a patient for for more than 5 years and totally greatfull for the service I have received in all these years.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
