Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Dr. Rehemtulla recommended a preventative crown for one of my molars saying that if I did not have it done I might need a root canal. I had slight sensitivity in this tooth, but no pain. She mentioned this each check up and I finally decided to do it after a few years of it being suggested. Did not sign any consent form, had really no idea what it involved. It was not until the end of the appt that I learned that this was only a temorary crown and would need another one. Did not numb me up before the crown was seated and it was incredibly painful. Went back for bite adjustment, but no pain relief. Had to have a root canal b/c blood supply was cut to nerves (by improper crown fiting). Now have to go to a new dentist to adjust/re-seat crown b/c it is not aligned. Out more than $1000 for an unnecessary procedure! Also, lots of turn over with hygienists. Go somewhere else.

Some of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were not really met, and they didn't make any extra effort. It would have been nice if they explained things better. I switched dentists and my new dentist discovered bone loss which has been there awhile but this office never noticed it. The front desk staff person is very rude and really needs to take a class in good customer service. I went here for two years and was never really satisfied.
