They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Never, they are very reliable.
