Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I had to find a new dentist after 15 years because of insurance changes and Dr Gaylord was recommended by a professional acquaintance. They participate with BCBS which is very important. Dr. Gaylord as well as the Dental Hygienist did an excellent job. They answered all my questions. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will be returning in the future and have recommended Dr. Gaylord and her staff to others.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

A new dentist joined the practice who I did not like. It was difficult understanding her and frustrating that they wouldn't switch me back to Dr. Gaylord. Also their best hygenist left over a year ago. Once billing issues started to arise, I knew it was time to leave this provider.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
