I had a bad experience being a new patient at this office. Twice my appointment was rescheduled and the day of my appointment I waited over an hour in half before I decided to leave. No phone call, no reasons for the office being closed, but a notification from a local (person) that an emergency had occurred within the dentist staff is why the office was closed. It’s understandable that emergencies do happen, but the way it was handled was unprofessional by disappointing your new patients by not holding up to their commitment. As far as I’m concern there probably a decent group (Dentist & staff) in which I never had a chance to witness myself. Far as that, I was hoping to refer this dentist to others, but unfortunately not.
