My family and myself have been going to Tidewater dental since June 2009.
I will not return again, as all they are concerned with is making a dollar, and a lot of them.
They wanted to take everything in my mouth and redo everything! A sure sign that the dentist is only in it for the money.
Instead I requested a Pre estimate from my insurance on what they would pay, and it's been 4 months and they said they sent it and the insurance company states they never received it.
Another issue, my daughter was having a cleaning and she does have a problem area in her mouth, she was in extreme pain, with tears rolling down her face and the girl would not stop.
Our family will not be returning.
