Love Dr Wilson and his staff. The new hygienist - Lauren - is awesome. She’s friendly, thorough, and gentle! Dr Wilson will never sell you something you don’t need. It is very much a family office - laid back, small staff, and overall great care

New hygienist is not friendly and all that hair she has should be pinned up so it don't on patients face or possibly in their mouth doing a cleaning.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
