My records were transferred from Dr Gushard who retired to Milford Franklin Eye Center so I went to their office and was told I had gloucoma but they could not compare my new test to my last test from Dr Gushard because they lost the records. I went through many tests only to find out that miraculously they found my records and I did not have gloucoma. Nothing had changed from Dr Gushard,s previous test. Waste of money,
Although insurance did pay.
Now I want to go to a different eye doctor and they said they have to charge me $25.00 to get my records. Unbelievably!
The wait times were horrific and the waiting room disgusting. Chairs were dirty and ripped in places. They shuffle you around like cattle. They can keep my records....I will not pay just to get my own records.

Rip-Offs. Do extra's without telling you they're not needed, and most of all are not covered by medicare or your supplemental insurance. Fist time there from Dr Gushard whom just retired. When he did the same procedure every other year, he never charged for it. I wasn't ever told Dr. Gushard never charged his patients for the test, nor my insurance and medicare didn't cover it, and most importantly I didn't even need it.
First visit, and promise it will be my last.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
