Dr. Andrews is soft spoken, calm professional, does not push unneeded services, takes time to talk to you and ask what you would like before he makes his suggestions. His office manager Helen is excellent, helpful, and knows about Insurance and handles everything. My dental hygienist is gentle and does a great job. Everyone there is very nice and professional. have been going there for years and will continue to as long as he is available.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything
