Been going there for years. Dr glue kin was unavailable so I had a cleaning with the hygienist. She was terrible. Rude, condensensung, plain terrible. She was rough and had the nerve to tell me it's my fault to not flossing. Told her to stop and she literally tried to force me down and threw a tool down. I left and complained to the office manager, who never got back to me. Needless to say I haven't gone back. Went to a real dentist and discovered the 15 min cleanings I was receiving at unident didn't do anything. I was told at unident I needed a root canal for a receding gum, the real dentist I'm seeing now filled it in 15 min and its fixed. Stay away from this place

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
