I was referred to Dr. Silberman from my main dentist to inquire about implanting for my mouth.
From the initial exam to the eventual implant "graduation", Dr. Silberman's staff was excellent!!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Silberman to anyone considering implants.

I had to have implants done several years ago on 5 front teeth. I was terrified at the prospect of having teeth extracted without being put to sleep, but I just had the gas and novocaine. I never felt any pain and can't say a bad word about Dr. Silverman or his office staff. My implants came out fantastic. I highly recommend him!!!

I would give less than one star if I could. This office failed to inform me that they did not take my insurance before rendering services, only to tell me I had a $225 bill after my appointment. I filled out preliminary paperwork with all of my insurance information attached and still, I was not informed. As I left the office, I was gobsmacked when told I had a bill. I stated that I have insurance and - only then - was asked for my card and told it was not accepted.
Instead of taking responsibility for her actions, the office manager sent me a faux court document in an attempt to intimidate me into paying. When I stated it was at the fault of the front office, the office manager was extremely unprofessional, yelled and was very condescending on the phone.
Not only will I not return to this office, I will make certain the BBB know about their behaviour and abhorrent customer service.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Stay away - just stay away. he is dishonest and does not know what he is doing

He was very nice, prompt and I am thrilled with the results. Everyone in the office were very pleasant also. He does excellent work and I highly recommend him. I had 5 implants done, took a year but well worth it!!!
