I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Dr. Lamura and his staff were very professional. Having your wisdom teeth out is not a pleasant experience and all 3 of my son's had theirs out with Dr. Lamura. He was great and I would highly recommend him.
