In the office everyone is very nice. Two of the assistants are outstanding. The practice is somewhat difficult to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. There were only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. Too many xrays were taken and referral to another provided took almost a month with no communication from the office to me. The dentist never called me -only her staff. I had to initiate contact about problems/followup most of the time. Some damage to my teeth has been done which makes going to the dentist even more dreaded.
