I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

This office has a wonderful, smart and attentive staff. I received the most thorough exam and cleaning. The office is state of the art as well as their patient care. I can tell they stay up to date with the most recent advances in dentistry. Highly recommend this office.

Sandra McDonald appears to have a good practice as far as expertise, but she does not have much concern for the patient and the financial impact her services may have on them. This dentist only accepts limited insurance. I clearly let them know what coverage I had - they did not tell me they did not accept this insurer - but responded that I needed to pay upfront and get reimbursed at a later date. Many thousands of dollars later I found thatd. my reimbursement was extremely limited. KNOW YOUR COVERAGE BEFORE MAKING AN APPT
