I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
