They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I called at 3:30pm looking for an appointment and they could take me at 4;15, I got there, got right into office, Dr. Zimmer came in, treated me and I was happily on my way by 4:45. He remembered me from before and as I left I heard him reciting what happened at our appointment immediately, so it must go into some file. Very impressed.
