They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
