They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are nice and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Probably, I wasn't impressed

Yes

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
