They didn't tell me any of the side effects that would come with my medication, or any of the risks that were possible with my procedure. I was only told about the benefits and why I needed it. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, but I can always find a seat

No, I was always attended to

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
