Although I really like Dr. Gilbert, the administration side of his practice is terrible. I routinely have appointments cancelled with no explanation only that it is my responsiblity to reschedule them. I've had billing questions and had to make repeated calls still without getting any results to the point where I double paid a co-pay just so it wouldn't effect my credit because they were taking so long. I have finally decided it is time to move on to a new doctor.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
