Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Yes
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection
Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned?
Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about.
