I too waited 45 min for my first appt. Ironic since the sign says "If you are 10 min late for your appt you will have to reschedule." During that time I saw 2 nurses SCREAM at patients (like "I have other people to take care of I can't answer this question any more ). Two different patients STORM out of the office, one hitting another patient with the door on the way out. The doctor did seem thorough but could not understand my previous medical history, which had nothing to do with my annual exam. The reception is unprofessional, especially over the phone.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

I waited over 45 minutes for an initial appointment for a full physical. I spent less than 10 minutes with the doctor. She never took a full history, she barely made eye contact, she did not explain various options for my treatment and did not tell me about the horrific side affects of the meds she prescribed to me. This is not a doctor who cares about her clients or their well being....go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
