I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
