I left this establishment in excruciating pain due to the technician doing a hard cast of dentures to get a better fit on my top palat. It hardened and stayed glued to my skin. My 9 year old daughter was ushered out to the front lobby, by herself. She was told to stop crying and to calm down, then and only then would she be allowed to come back to me. I screamed and almost vomited due to the pain I suffered from the tech putting her finger tips ( finger nails ) into the top of my gums to jerk and pull at the dentures. I tryed for several minutes to take them out myself ( to no avail ) because the tech said, " You do not want the doctor to come take them out", I began to try to throw up and was given a garbage can. After a lot of crying and screaming the doctor came into the room. He started to question the tech and spray me with novicane. Yes that's right she hadn't given me anything to deadend my mouth before. He eventually got them out while asking the tech why they would do this. The reason they had to do the hard cast? The tech who was mean and telling the other workers that I had premium teeth so I shouldn't complain that my dentures didn't fit. Kept filing down the dentures til they couldn't fit my mouth. So then she became demanding telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about. My mouth ( which has had dentures for 4 years now ) would grow around the lack of dentures and fill in the big gaps that were in the denture cast. I left this place crying, shaking, horrified so much that I cried all night due to the pain and humiliation was submitted to. Please be careful when you start looking for dentures and please stay away from this place.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Very happy with the staff, Dr. Smith and the work. They have done everything to make me happy, evening redoing my Temps. I would refer everyone to them.....

Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive
