The one appointment I went for I was kept waiting 20 minutes, then seen for about 20 minutes. I was charged for an 80 minutes appointment. The office said the extra time was for review of my medical record and for treatment planning, however, at the appointment the provider did not have a clear understanding of my medical history, recent lab work, or history of supplements. My appointment felt rushed and I was offered supplements that I could buy on my way out. Okay if that was all she had to offer, but I did not need to be charged for over three times the time that I was seen. The staff was nice enough. The location was convenient but the street directions could have been more detailed. I did feel a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. I do regret going.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait. Dr. Maya allows more than enough time and each visit I have had has been very through and she makes sure that I understand everything we are do and why. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness and they have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
