I had the same experience as the lady above with my child getting her wisdom teeth removed . My child cried and remembers everything about the procedure and states her mouth was not numb and he told her he had patients waiting and to "suck it up". told her she was going to scare his other patients off and quit crying. I also was told she was "emotional from the Valium". Please take your child somewhere else and give them IV sedation. This is barbaric. We were told she would be in LALA land also- not so!! nurse was rude also. Will never go back.

My 15 year old daughter's lower impacted wisdom teeth with bone were removed by Dr. Skelly Kreller. He does not use IV sedation for wisdom teeth extractions, which she was relieved about, and he could not have been nicer at the consult telling us she “wouldn’t care” and be in “La La Land” during the procedure with Valium and laughing gas. Different story on surgery day: She had to beg for a second novacane shot for pain when he was removing one side, told her he wasn’t hurting her, to suck it up, but he begrudgingly gave her another shot. She was crying (not disruptively or loud, just tears). She was told during surgery that he would quit midway and he’d make her come back another day to finish. He called her a drama queen multiple times and that he would not put up with it. After surgery, he sat her up, and she was told she couldn’t get up until she “dried it up” because she wasn’t going out to scare his patients. After the surgery, a nurse brought her out and said we could leave and that she was just tearful because of the Valium. I never saw or talked to him the day of the surgery. He didn’t call, and he doesn’t do follow-up visits. He obviously isn't up to date on practices such as follow ups. I never even saw his FACE the day of surgery! They all but threw her to me in the waiting room......I recently read another mother’s review online of her daughter receiving similar treatment during surgery in 2009. I wish I had seen that before I trusted him with my daughter.
