I went to Dr. Kasper 40 years ago with excruciating pain. Dr. Kasper treated me for two years, repeating tests and giving painful silver nitrate treatments. The biopsies for cancer with Litton Bionetics continued to read negative and the pain continued 24/7. Unfortunately I was in an HMO and my primary doctor would not refer me to another. It was only when I barged in and demanded he do something before I committed suicide he got a second opinion with my biopsies which proved bladder cancer over 2/3 of my bladder. My care at that point was taken over by Johns Hopkins who saved my life. Dr. Kasper seemed bored with my concerns and unlikely to pursue alternative measures until I demanded the. I would not recommend him.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I wasn't happy with how my appointment went at all. They weren't able to even slightly help me. I really liked how convenient their parking was at their office. I was able to find a spot very quickly. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.

Oyy and btw :

Dr. Kasper has the worst receptionist ever! , Her name is Paula! I called with an emergency request for refill prescription, because I was in a lot of pain, and the answer was. : " Don't even dare to push me, when I am ready I'll call you" ! I will never visit again, I found another way better and professional place!

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
