Dr. Sauerburger is personable and addressed my concerns. I felt confident in his recommendations for my eye issue. The reception/office staff is not at all welcoming or friendly, which is really too bad as they are the "gatekeepers" for this practice.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were friendly and made me feel at home. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
