They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me or contradicting what I had to say. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.. Several times I was suffering from other ailments, like a severe cough or ear problems. They gave suggestions for treatment and one time suggested that I go to a specialists because they were concerned about the severity of my cough. They give thorough eye exams, but don't ignore the rest of your health.

T I will absolutely be going back. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. . All my questions were answered. Dr. Gross is a warm, smart, thorough provider. I was referred to her by my children's opthamologist who is also excellent so I was confident going in. She is approachable and does all of her own exams. There is no feel here of "let's rush her through and get to the next patient."
