Dr Ramacandran is a compassionate and friendly doctor. Her office is well maintained and clean, and her staff so nice. They are always welcoming and answer all you questions. My kids love her!

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Dr.Nitya Ramachandran is always more than happy to answer my questions, and she actually welcomes any number of questions and never makes me feel like I'm asking or worrying too much! I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. She never hurries through or dismisses my opinions on issues, and is always so considerate. She is reachable at any time for emergencies and I should say that I completely trust her suggestions/instructions when my son is sick. It is a relief to know that I can count on her to always be there for me when I need her the most. My son is on the autism spectrum and standard medicines or methods don't work for him. She has been great in giving the right tips and supplements and understands him completely! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. She is a great pediatrician!!!

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
