Not the worst, but certainly not the best

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they were on time

Yes everything was neat and sterile
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this psychiatrist leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

If you are serious about sobriety, skip Kolmac. The staff was not overly helpful and downright condescending when I hit a few stumbling blocks. There are better treatment centers in the DC area.

They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They were cold and not friendly enough. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
