Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, they were very calm and understanding

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive
