They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
