Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. I would not recommend this to anyone. I was appalled at how the staff was nasty, the Doctor was totally rude and uninterested.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful, but he also never reads my notes on my problem,or from my physical therapist.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
