Charlie who normally does a good job had my wife in tears! Calling her a drug seeker! He did half a root canal and told her it was infected and gave her antibiotics and Tylenol 3. She has a fractured jaw from seizures, and so she came back to get it finished and he went crazy on my wife telling her that if his 24 hour line (which that’s a whole other story) isn’t good enough for her then she can get her root canal finished elsewhere. A root canal that we payed for in full ahead of time that is. After his receptionist calmed him down he still didn’t finish my wife’s root canal gave her more antibiotics the third round and more Tylenol 3 (for the drug seeker in my wife because we all know tylenol 3 is the good stuff) and then tried to act like everything was ok. I am not okay with how he treated my wife. If I was there I would have probably done something stupid so let’s just say this guy (Charlie) is a real piece of work. I would not recommend for anyone who is truly in need of help.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
