I felt that I was rushed through most of my appts. Dr. Nauman although pleasant did not appear to be committed to providing me with clarification on my many concerns as a FTM with fertility issues. Eventually had to go to a new doctor.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nauman's for over 20 years and he delivered my son 19 years ago. Throughout the entire time I've been a patient I couldn't have asked for a more attentive doctor. He always makes you feel very comfortable and takes as much time as you feel you need to answer any and all of your questions. He always makes you feel you are the primary focus of his attention when he is with you - he demonstrates this by making certain his staff attends to your needs; he calls you with test results (and has a way to make you feel at ease when he knows you are concerned). And even little things (which to me make a huge difference) such as stepping in on drawing blood when he sees the nurse is not doing it to his liking; to assisting you down the hall to the OR for a minor procedure. These are only just a few examples of the type of doctor he is. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.
