They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
