The poll doesn't allow me to be personal enough. Sure, scheduling is very easy... when your office is always empty. This woman does not care about her patients. She is condescending and lacks any form of compassion or possibly feelings. Her staff are the WORST. Rude, snippy, uncivilized, and intent upon making the patient uncomfortable. Woodlan is always in a nervous state and seems to be lacking in the intelligence department. SHe will charge you as much as possible and get you out the door ASAP. Questions? Not in her office. No time to care, just time for your money. DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN. She is a plague to her profession, and is hardly what one would call "professional."

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Completely!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The equipment seems pretty standard however it wouldn't hurt to upgrade it. I'm sure there's been advancements in technology from when this equipment was put in. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

RUDE & TERRIBLE Office Manager and Receptionist

No longer a long time patient because of the rude and terrible office manager and receptionist. There is NO parking and valet parking is available but you need to wait after several other cars because of the lack of parking. The parking lot does not reflect the doctor's office waiting room which doe not have any patients AND there is a very good reason why...the terrible office staff who will drive all patients away.

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
