This OBGYN used newly cleaned instruments or covered the instruments they used on me with plastic or used disposable ones. I felt very safe. The OBGYN and the staff really made me feel comfortable that they were not going to barge in when I had no clothes on. They always gave me time and knocked before coming in. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were thoroughly answered. I was pleased to see that my records were so easy for my OBGYN to access since they were all computerized. This OBGYN was exceptionally considerate of minimizing any pain during my exam.
I would not recommend her. She is extremely rude and so is her receptionist. They both have bad attitudes. Every time I went into the office they were rude. It seems like a lot of people agree with me. She does not help you with anything and cannot answer your questions about things. She is quick to catch an attitude and cause an issue. Terrible.
I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
