It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The office was easy enough to find. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The consider sales rep as top priority before patients, whish in return, you get samples of a whole bunch of differrent samples of medication not even related to the problem you are there for.
