My third child is getting braces with Dr. Pawlak, and I would not go anywhere else. The staff is freindly and helpful. Dr. Pawlak is thorough, attentive, and has gone out of her way, outside of office hours, to meet us at her office to fix a bracket or a wire. Awesome place, and reasonably priced.

Yes, they made a point to show me

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I was amazed at how flexible their financing options were. They were more than willing to work with me, and I ended up having to pay a lot less than I expected. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I took my 12 year old to her office because my dentist recommended her and she was very good at her job. She made my child feel at ease and she was very informative. She actualy took the time to expalin things in a way in which I could understand them. And she was very honest with me in the cost and did not try to get me to do extra things just to make money. I have recommended her to everyone I know thinking about getting braces for their child. She also is on call and took the time out of her weekend for an emergency visit ( My son got hit in the mouth at baseball). Not to many doctors do that these days (you are lucky if you can even get ahold of them)!! So, thank you very much Dr Pawlak and staff.
