Went in for some extractions today. I am back home with an anesthetized mouth, without the work being done, 2 hours later.

Don't expect an appointment to be an actual appointment. My appointment time was 2:30, and I wasn't even spoken to until after 3, when I spoke up. They would have let me just sit there, I'm sure. Receptionist seemed to be rarely available at the window and was of limited help.

Finally, about 3:30, they sat me in a chair. A dentist came in and numbed my gums and told me I could go back out in the waiting room or even go outside, and they would find me when they were ready for me. I went out and waited. 4:15 rolled along; I had been there nearly two hours. I finally lost patience for being treated poorly and asked what the deal was. Receptionist was "kinda" friendly and explained to me that sometimes oral surgeries get complicated and take longer and that it was a clinic. I told her I believed people had gone in before me that had later appointments than I did. She said nothing. I told her I wanted to reschedule after she could give me no solid estimate on the remaining wait time.

Then some smartass auburn-haired assistant named Leslie began to patronize me. She even borderline "scolded" me for complaining about the wait and desiring to be treated like a human being. This angered me, and I have seen this kind of nonsense, poor-service bs so many times before. I told the receptionist I would cll them.

Now waiting on the doctor himself to call me so I can at least make him aware of his rude staff. I met the doctor once and he was cool. The help is not so cool. They are rude. Go somewhere else if you want to avoid being treated less than human.

Dr. Walker was rude and insensitive and even told me I was "a delicate thing" for complaining about the pain when he removed stiches from my mouth. He bent a needle in my mouth while giving me numbing solution to ease the pain. There is no airconditioning and the rooms are outdated and scary looking. I felt like I was being herded through so he could butcher the next patient. It was a scary experience at this so called dentist office. Beware!
